The books teach the method. This is the method applied to your actual property, by me, in person. I walk your home or your business the way an intruder or a con artist would, and I hand you a written plan that ranks every fix by cost and by impact.

One thing separates my reports from a free quote from an alarm company: I sell no equipment, install nothing, and take no commissions from anyone who does. The report answers to you and nobody else.

Residential Security Audit

A full walkthrough of your home and grounds: doors, locks, lighting, sightlines, cameras and their blind spots, entry habits, deliveries, and the digital doors most homeowners forget they left open. You get a private written report with a prioritized fix list, from the twenty-dollar corrections to the ones worth a contractor, plus a follow-up call once you have worked the list.

Business Security Assessment

For storefronts, offices, and practices. I look at the building the way a thief would and at your procedures the way a scammer would: cash handling, opening and closing routines, how staff answer the phone, who gets buzzed in, and what a convincing stranger with a clipboard could talk their way into. The report covers the physical fixes and the people fixes, and it pairs naturally with a staff training session.

How it works

Email me what you have: the property type, the town, and what prompted the call. We scope it in a short phone conversation, I visit, and your report arrives within the week. Serving southeastern Massachusetts and southern New England, with travel beyond by arrangement. Engagements are private and rates are quoted after the scope call.
