The scam, explained by a former scammer.

Most fraud training is written by people who have only ever played defense. I ran these plays as a kid, chased them as a consultant, and I show your room how a con looks from the attacker’s chair, where every trick is suddenly obvious. Both programs run like a show: phones to slam, cards to vote with, prizes to win, and one habit that leaves with every person in the seats.

Forever Unplayable

For libraries, senior centers, and community rooms. The calls targeting seniors have new technology behind them, and the psychology behind them has not changed since I was working chat rooms in 1993. I show the room exactly how the grandparent call, the fake bank, and the cloned voice work from the caller’s side, then hand over the tells that expose every one of them. Interactive from the first minute, with a competitive phone-slam game, a live voting round, and a take-home packet with a wallet card. Community events are often underwritten by a local sponsor, so hosting can cost your organization nothing.

The Unscammable Small Business

For companies, conferences, and team trainings. Businesses reported 16.6 billion dollars in fraud losses to the FBI last year, and nearly three billion of it was taken with a convincing email from a fake boss or vendor. I spent years on both sides of these games, and this hour installs the one verification habit that stops the entire category. It ends with a pledge your leadership signs in front of the whole room, which is why the habit is still there in month six. Every employee leaves protecting the company and their own family with the same three tells.

Three editions, built for the room: The Unscammable Office for professional teams and practices, The Unscammable Retail Floor for stores and franchise groups, and The Unscammable Cell Phone Store for carrier rallies and dealer trainings, written by someone who managed those floors and knows the pressure behind the counter.
